You can delete your FurBrains account at any time, here or in the app. Deleting your account also deletes your children's profiles and their information. It can't be undone.

Your account has been deleted.
You've been signed out of the FurBrains app. We'll finish erasing your family's information shortly. Thank you for being part of FurBrains.
Or delete it in the app
- Open the FurBrains app and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Your profile.
- Scroll down to Danger Zone and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.
Can't get a code?
If you no longer have access to your email, contact us and we'll help. To keep your account safe, we'll ask you to confirm it's you before we delete anything.
What happens next
Your account is closed as soon as you delete it, and you'll be signed out everywhere. We finish deleting your family's information within 30 days, and usually within the hour.
What we delete
- Your account details: your name, email address, phone number, household name and settings.
- Your children's profiles: their nicknames, ages, birth dates, avatars and preferences.
- Your family's Guiding Lights and guardrails.
- Activity, progress, tasks, wishlists and toy events.
- Feelings check-ins and AI conversation summaries.
- Your conversations with Firefly.
- Notifications, sign-in sessions and setup codes.
Your FurBrain toys are unpaired from your account, so they can be set up again.
What we keep, and for how long
- Financial records: we keep records of payments and Spark Coin transactions for 7 years, because tax law requires it. We remove your name and any descriptions from them, so only the amounts, dates and types remain.
- Consent and security records: we keep a record of the consents you gave and of important account actions, such as your deletion request, for up to 7 years. This lets us show that we handled your family's information properly.
- Toy device information: technical details from your FurBrain, such as its firmware version, are deleted automatically within 30 days.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also recorded by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
Deleting some information without closing your account
You can turn off optional features like feelings check-ins in the app at any time. To delete particular information but keep your account, or to leave our website waitlist, email support@furbrains.app and tell us what you'd like removed.
